NORAD needs your help!

NORAD Tracks Santa (NTS) is a holiday program administered by the NORAD Public Affairs Office. The key tenet of the program is to spread goodwill and cheer during the holiday season while informing the public of the missions of NORAD and subsequently, USNORTHCOM. The NTS website, which had 78 million page views last year, is one key resource we have to provide this information. In addition to providing links to the NORAD mission, the site also features a library of holiday traditions and an online arcade that unveils a new game for children to play each day. It is the development of these games that I wish to solicit your help with.

We are seeking creative, non-violent games for our NORAD Tracks Santa website and mobile applications that go live on Dec 1. NORAD uses very little tax dollars to run the NTS program. Instead, NTS partners with a variety of organizations to help bring the program to the world. As a government agency, NORAD cannot provide, or be perceived as providing, endorsement of any particular company or product. But we do recognize all of our contributors in press releases, on the NTS website and social media so your will receive widespread recognition for your efforts.

If you are interested in participating in this very unique opportunity, please
contact Mr. Preston Schlachter (preston.schlacter.civ@mail.mil<mailto:preston.schlacter.civ@mail.mil>) and cc Ed Campbell (Edward.j.campbell10.civ@mail.mil<mailto:Edward.j.campbell10.civ@mail.mil>) and Andrea Charron (Andrea.Charron@umanitoba.ca<mailto:Andrea.Charron@umanitoba.ca>) they will direct you to the appropriate points of contact to help you get started.
